DEMENTIA, PALLIATIVE AND RESPITE CARE
Our Facility is Ageing in Place with 24 hour care. Our staff are qualified and have on going education with regards to Dementia Care & Palliative Care as well and chronic and complex care needs.
Our approach is always with compassion, care & improving our Residents way of life.
ALLIED HEALTH
We work closely with:
Doctors, Physiotherapists, Podiatry, Mental Health Teams, Dieticians, speech pathologists to give a complete level of care to all our Residents.
LIFESTYLE & NUTRITION
At S Antonio we strive to give our Residents a feeling of home. We have Recreational Officers 7 days per week. An extensive program which includes one on one activities, group activities, bingo, happy hour, coffee club, movie days, bus trips and regular visiting entertainers.
Our meals are cooked by our chefs in consultation with Dietitians and Nutritionists.
